Fusion PIP

Funded by the International Fund for Ireland through its Peace Impact Programme and managed by Community Foundation for Northern Ireland. Our Fusion PIP project will bring members of marching bands together from 4 council areas: Mid-Ulster, Derry and Strabane, Laggan District of Donegal and Causeway Coast and Glens to participate in an integrated learning framework comprising Personal and Social, Diversity and Citizenship education.

Catalyst

Catalyst is a 12 month youth led programme supported by the International Fund for Ireland through its Personal Youth Development Programme (PYDP) which will positively impact upon young people from disadvantaged communities in North and West Belfast. This youth-led programme will provide an opportunity for young people to set their own agenda in relation to learning that is aligned to the PYDP approach, themes and relevant levels.

Fusion+

Funded by the Executive Office through the Good Relations Fund, the Fusion+ project engaged with school aged young people who were studying music, involved in performance arts or just interested in trying out new things with 7 Belfast schools.

‘Gener8’ United Youth Pilot

Gener8 was a full time youth-led programme which empowered young people (who are not in employment, education or training) to realise their potential and become active contributors in building a shared and united future. Young people determined their learning needs and solutions during the programme and made informed decisions about their lives and future.

Peace Day Campaign

Here at Springboard, we have organised 6 annual Peace Day observances, events and celebrations. We recognise peace is not simply for a Day in September, but given the current devastating conflict in the world; it can symbolically represent what each and every one of us strive to bring into our life, and the hopes we have for our communities and globally.

Engage Youth

This short project consisted of 5 train the trainer sessions for 20 individuals engaging with young people in Protestant, Unionist, Loyalist areas of Belfast. The project aimed to increase community capacity to engage young people in relationship building with diverse individuals/groups.
