HeadStart Residential

HeadStart participants have just completed their residential activity with Journey Free

This residential, supported through the Bridges2Progression funding from Belfast City Council Labour Market Partnership, gave staff and young people the opportunity to get away from the training room and reflect over the last 6 months of the programme. Lots has been achieved from completing qualifications, starting placements, world of work site visits and brushing up on First Aid and Health & Safety (thankfully the last 2 were not needed on the residential!)

Over the past few months HeadStart have also been working hard on their OCN and Essential Skills qualifications so the timing could not have been better for a break away from the training room to explore and refresh at Whitepark Bay.

HeadStart are currently recruiting for the September intake so please reach out to the team if you want to learn more.
