Directions
Led by You!
Directions is a youth-led programme and works with 16-25 year olds interested in meeting others from different backgrounds, building personal and employability skills, and working on a social action project.
Our Lives, Our Legacy
Moments to Connect
Our Lives, Our Legacy is using the 25th anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement to bring young people together across the sectarian divide to build connections between divided communities.
M-Space
Changing the Space
M-Space provides increased wellbeing support and services for young people. Over a two-year period, M-Space will engage and support over 500 young people through recovery focused services. Need help to change your space? Talk to us.
NextGen
Shaping Springboard
Interested in shaping Springboard and reflecting the voice and ‘lived experience’ of young people? Young people aged 16-25 years will sit on our Youth Advisory Group, take the lead and contribute to Springboard activities.
JobWorks+
Your Choice, Your Career
Are you between the ages of 16-24 years? Need help in building up your employability skills, upskilling or getting a job? Then JobWorks+ is for you. With staff support, the programme gives you an opportunity to find your path to employment, training or education.

Fusion+ is a fun-filled learning opportunity, where you will have the chance to meet other young people from across Greater Limavady. You will also find out about difference and diversity and work together on a service project of your choice.

Wall2Wall
Talking Walls
Working on behalf of Clonard Mid-Shankill Initiative, Springboard conducted a feasibility project, engaging young people living in the area to explore the design and development of the Wall2Wall programme.
Challenging Prejudice
Good Relations, Good Leaders
The programme supports civic and community leaders to build safe communities. They will build understanding of the trigger issues which increase barriers, particularly in relation to intimidation and hate crime.
14-NOW
Empowering Communities
14-NOW, a continuation of the initial Fourteen project, supported communities in Creggan, Monkstown and Limavady to design and lead on community solutions in response to community needs. By the end, the project had reached and positively directly engaged 11,000+ participants.
Journeys
Start the Adventure
In partnership with Roe Valley Residents Association, Cavan & Monaghan Education & Training Board, Journeys offered diverse opportunities for young people to realise their potential and actively contribute to building a shared and united society.
Catalyst
Catalyst was a 24 month youth led cross community programme working with 38 young people on themes of personal and social education, citizenship, employability and mutual understanding.
Fusion+ 2016-2020
An arts based programme working with four schools in the the Belfast area to bring young people to gather who are impacted by the legacy of the conflicts. Combining workshops and performances the programme was funded by NI Executive Office and Central Good Relations Funding.
Fusion Peace Impact Programme
Different & Differing Communities
A cross community, cross border programme that worked with marginalized communities from across traditions, many of whom felt excluded from politics and public representation, as well as community and civic life.
