Springboard are on the lookout for a Youth and Community Facilitator to work on our PEACEPLUS funded ACCEPT programme.
- Salary and Hours: £30,024 / Full Time 37.5 hours per week

At Springboard, we’re very proud of the work we do to help young people and adults increase their choices and opportunities. We work alongside and support our participants as they navigate their development and feel privileged to be part of their journey. The role will work with people aged 16+ years, facing disadvantage, and support them to engage positively with others from a different background and increase their transformational leadership and cultural competence skills

About You
You are an organised and engaging facilitator who is committed and passionate in supporting change that lasts for the participant and community.
Essential Skills & Experience
Has or currently studying 3rd level qualification in Youthwork, Community Development or in a related field plus 3 years’ experience working with people in a development role
OR Minimum Level 3 qualification plus 5 years’ experience working with people in a development role.
Two years’ experience of facilitating non-formal learning and delivering accredited qualifications. Facilitation experience to include any two of the following areas: good relations / leadership / community cohesion/ community relations.
